Newtown Square Kitchen

Rustic elegance Kitchen

This kitchen used to be bland and not functional at all.  After working with the client on every detail, we were able to create a functioning cooking, prep, and bar space to suite the clients every day needs.

Two work spaces

This kitchen had two farm sinks and dishwashers.  One for the cook and one for the clean up.  This way two people could work in the space without bumping into one another. The granite countertops are nearly indestructible as well as the distressed walnut top for a sitting and eating area.

Cooking space

This cooking triangle was perfect for the everyday cook.  The range top was opposite the main sink and the fridge directly to the right (paneled) help keep the cook close to everything they need.  With pullout spice cabinets and pot and pan storage right by the range, this cook has everything they need right in arms reach.

The Bar/Drink Space

The bar and drink space has a hidden microwave behind a pocket door as well as a wine unit to keep your drinks cool and just at the right temperature.  The walnut interiors behind the glass help contrast the white cabinetry.  These custom mullions were designed with the client in mind as they are bee keepers as well.  The mullions mimic the striped on a bee as well as the backsplash mimics a honeycomb.
