This custom home was completely designed by Designed by Katy Lynn. We went through every detail with these clients and made selections through the builder as well as adding custom built ins for storage once the clients settled on the home. All lighting plans, furniture, paint, wallpaper, tile and built in’s were fully designed and selected by us. We also project managed things through the building process.
